Starters

  • Smoked Scottish salmon with blinis and horseradish crème fraiche
  • Warm potted smoked haddock with parmesan toast
  • Goat’s cheese, fried in bread-crumbs with beef tomato and hazelnut and basil dressing (v)
  • Spiced parsnip and apple soup served with a crusty baguette (v)

Main Course

  • Roast turkey breast with cranberry sauce and chestnut stuffing
  • Lamb chops with a confit of redcurrants, orange and mint
  • Pan-fried salmon supreme with wilted spinach and caper berry cream
  • Baked aubergine stuffed with fruity couscous and topped with coriander dressing (v)
